Beaches of Key West

Located at the very end of the island - where the Atlantic and Gulf of Mexico merge - this is Key West's best beach for swimming.  There's even an all-gay area at the end of the beach. However, there is a $1.50 entrance fee per person.

Higgs Beach

Another favorite spot for gays and lesbians, Higgs Beaches is home to a 100 yard wooden pier.  Higgs beach is located along Roosevelt Blvd.

Smathers Beach

Not overly "gay", this beach is Key West's largest and most popular beach, and usually overrun with teenagers and 20-somethings. Smathers beach is also located along Roosevelt Blvd.
